Subscriptions

The Young People pay a monthly subscription to belong to the Group and the Scout Association. This subscription pays for:

• Cost of materials and some Section weekly activities;
• Running costs of the Group such as accommodation, equipment and materials cost
• Membership of the Scout Association – Insurance, National, District and County running costs;

The default method of payment is by monthly bank standing order, set up by the parent. We will of course accept cash and cheques and we do have the facility to accept payments by bankers card

Subscriptions are currently (September 2018):

• Beavers – £8.50 per month (£34 per term, 3 terms a year – September, January and April)
• Cubs – £9 per month (£36 per term, 3 terms a year – September, January and April)
• Scouts – £9.50 per month (£38 per term, 3 terms a year – September, January and April)
